The restaurant has a fantastic ambiance. Our group of five was seated at a spacious round table with stunning views outside the window. We ordered pork belly gua bao, two servings of ramen, and roasted lamb chops—not a single dish disappointed us. We shared everything and left completely stuffed and satisfied! The pork belly in the gua bao was chef’s kiss—the fatty parts melted in your mouth without being greasy, while the lean meat was tender and juicy. Wrapped in soft, fluffy dough with a drizzle of sweet bean sauce, every bite was pure bliss. The onsen eggs in the two ramen bowls were the perfect touch. Break the yolks and toss them with the springy noodles and rich, flavorful broth—it was so savory that it hit the spot instantly. Last but definitely not least, the roasted lamb chops deserve a special shout-out! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, they were packed with meaty flavor. Paired with the subtly Mediterranean-style dipping sauce, they were absolutely addictive!

Had a fantastic birthday lunch at Momofuku. We had free bubbles to start the celebration, and the chef’s menu is a fun way to try a variety of food at a great price. Spicy cucumbers were delicious, with the right amount of crunch, flavor and heat. Pork croquette was ok, not something I would have ordered myself, but it was either the pork or squash. The caviar bun was a little disappointing at $36 for 1 serving. Caviar was great add, but the fried chicken barely had any seasoning which made the dish disappointing. The pork ramen was definitely the star of the meal. The meat was well seasoned, tender and served in a generous portion. For $48, it was a lot of food with 2 appetizers, 1 entree and a dessert.

Fantastic experience. I am gluten free with Celiac and they 100% adjusted the recipes so I could enjoy the meal. The service was good just a little slow and expect the prices to reflect a top restaurant in Vegas. The noodles were reasonably priced and delicious. It’s a must visit destination for anyone who loves Asian food and or has allergies!

This meal was the highlight of our Vegas trip. We sat at the counter and loved interacting with the chefs. My favorite was the sprouting cauliflower- so unexpectedly good! The shishito peppers had a decent amount of heat but weren’t overbearing. The bao buns were the fluffiest pieces of food I’ve ever had and the ramen broth had so much flavor. It truly was an amazing experience and we will be back!

We kicked off our vacation with dinner at Momofuku and it set a high bar for the remainder of our trip. It ended up being our favorite meal we had - the spicy cucumbers (no idea how a cucumber can taste THAT good), pork buns, duck rice, ramen, and bo ssam set - I’ll be dreaming of those for a while! Very nice restaurant with great ambience, both on internal design and the big windows overlooking Paris resort’s Eifel tower and mid-strip. Service was fantastic and very genuine and informed advice provided on ordering, including recommendations and amount to order. Food was simply world class and so happy we chose to visit, highly recommend!

Momofuku, located on Level 2 of The Cosmopolitan in downtown Las Vegas, is an outstanding Asian-American cuisine restaurant. About the worst thing I can say about it is that if you’ve never been there it can be difficult to find, and maybe more difficult to find your way back to your car. Be prepared for that. The restaurant is quite spacious and getting a seat should involve little or no wait. Service was amazingly friendly and helpful. It was rather fun sitting at the kitchen bar, watching everyone work their magic; incredible precision and cleanliness. I had the Spicy Cucumbers to start before diving into a bowl of Shoyu Pork Ramen. M’wah! By the time I was finished the majority of the lunch crowd had dispersed so I was able to take a little closer look around. The place is beautiful. Even the restroom was interesting. Highly recommended.
